Anyone seeking solace, nourishment and restoration through the upcoming Holiday season, please join me to harness the power of song and ritual!

Each week you will experience a structured song journey meant to nourish your soul. Through songs dedicated to the natural world, sacred archetypal energies, and deities from various traditions you will be viscerally reminded of gratitude, beauty and connectivity that exists here and now.

This is a community building in-person participatory experience. Each session inviting contemplative awareness of who you are and how you navigate the world.

There will be opportunities to listen and receive healing songs as well as opportunities to join in and blend your voice into a collective chorus. Women and the sacred feminine will be honored here.

Bring your yoga mat. Props, cushions and blankets are provided. This offering may include guided gentle movement and is certain to include space to rest.
