I move in the world as a teacher, healer, and guide…but it wasn’t always this way. I know how it feels to feel untethered, yearning for community & in need of support.
Life’s labyrinth has led me through paths of study, deep experiences & I have guidance that I can’t wait to share with you.
I LOVE labyrinths. Not mazes, but labyrinths. Labyrinths have one path to follow that weaves & meanders. There are no dead ends. There are no wrong turns. A single path, taken one step at a time, one breath at a time. You can’t get lost. The path takes you to center and you are always centered on your path.
Through breath, movement & ritual, together we navigate through the world, fast-paced & furious, & create true connection; true recognition of our bodies, minds & souls.
